Templ Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise

At Templ, we want you to love every piece you wear.

If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to make it right. Please read below for our return and exchange guidelines.

Eligibility

   •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

   •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

   •    For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged apparel (including items with deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains) cannot be accepted.

   •    Sale items and final clearance pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

How to Start a Return

    1.    Email us at templwear@gmail.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    •    A brief reason for the return (this helps us improve!)

    2.    Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and your return instructions.

    3.    Once your return is approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    •    If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer one free exchange per order (U.S. only).

After your original item is returned and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at templwearr@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs

    •    U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    •    International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs costs.
